Safari World is the walk-through portion of Lion Country Safari featuring a giraffe feeding station, chimpanzee islands, a petting zoo, and amusement rides. The chimpanzee exhibit houses a social group on natural islands surrounded by water moats.
Chimpanzees are our closest living relatives and are endangered due to habitat destruction and poaching. Safari World's intimate setting allows guests to observe the complex social behavior of these intelligent primates.
