The Education Dock serves as the facility's classroom space where guests receive pre-swim orientation about dolphin biology, behavior, and conservation. Interactive presentations cover dolphin echolocation, social structure, and the threats facing marine mammals in the wild.

Dolphins Plus has been involved in dolphin-assisted therapy research since its founding, studying the potential benefits of human-dolphin interaction for individuals with physical and developmental challenges.
