Cold Water Quest

Cold Water Quest features beluga whales, California sea lions, African penguins, and sea otters in habitats that replicate polar and temperate ocean environments. The beluga exhibit provides underwater viewing of these striking white whales in a chilled saltwater habitat.

Georgia Aquarium's beluga whale program is one of the most comprehensive in the country, supporting research into beluga health, reproduction, and the effects of climate change on Arctic marine mammals.
