Shark Voyage

Shark Voyage is the aquarium's signature attraction — a train ride that carries guests through a 200,000-gallon tank filled with sharks, sawfish, and stingrays via an acrylic tunnel. Riders are surrounded on all sides by marine predators gliding silently through the water overhead and alongside them.

Sawfish are among the most endangered marine animals in the world, with populations declining by over 90% due to bycatch in fishing nets and habitat loss in coastal estuaries. The Downtown Aquarium is one of only a few facilities to exhibit these remarkable animals.
