Gombe Forest

Gombe Forest is a themed area connecting exhibits with lush tropical landscaping and educational displays about African forest ecosystems. The area provides shaded pathways and interpretive stations that explore the interconnections between forest species and their habitats.

Tropical forests are the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth, harboring more than half of all known species on just 6% of the planet's land surface. Deforestation destroys an estimated 10 million hectares annually, threatening countless species and contributing to climate change.
