Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is a 170-acre facility in Columbia, South Carolina, home to more than 2,000 animals and one of the most acclaimed botanical gardens in the Southeast. Consistently ranked among the top zoos in the nation, Riverbanks combines world-class animal exhibits with a 70-acre botanical garden across the Saluda River connected by a pedestrian bridge.

The zoo features Ndoki Forest for western lowland gorillas, expansive African Plains, and an Aquarium Reptile Complex housing one of the most diverse reptile collections in the Southeast.
