Myombe Reserve

Myombe Reserve is a lush tropical habitat housing Western Lowland Gorillas and common chimpanzees in naturalistic settings with waterfalls, misting systems, and dense vegetation. The exhibit replicates the tropical forests of Central Africa.

Both great ape species are critically endangered in the wild. Busch Gardens participates in AZA Species Survival Plans for both gorillas and chimpanzees.
