Jungle Island is an interactive zoological park located on Watson Island between downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Formerly known as Parrot Jungle, it has reinvented itself as an eco-adventure park featuring unique animal encounters and adventure activities alongside its zoological collection.
The park features lemur interactions, sloth encounters, kangaroo walkabouts, and a neotropical bird aviary, as well as adventure experiences including zip lines and obstacle courses. Its waterfront location and tropical landscaping create a unique urban wildlife experience.
Jungle Island is ZAA accredited and continues to evolve its animal programs and adventure offerings, blending wildlife education with active outdoor recreation in the heart of Miami.
