Lion Country Drive-Through

The Lion Country drive-through section puts guests within yards of a pride of African lions in a barrier-free setting. Lions roam freely across their territory while visitors observe from the safety of their vehicles, experiencing the thrill of an African safari in South Florida.

African lions have lost over 90% of their historic range and their population has declined by 43% in the past two decades. Lion Country Safari participates in the AZA Lion Species Survival Plan.
