Panther Glade

Panther Glade houses the critically endangered Florida panther in a naturalistic habitat replicating the hardwood hammock and cypress swamp ecosystems of Southwest Florida. The exhibit educates visitors about the challenges facing Florida's state animal, which numbers fewer than 200 in the wild.

Florida panthers are threatened by habitat loss, vehicle strikes, and genetic isolation. Naples Zoo supports panther conservation through public education and partnerships with wildlife agencies.
