Elephant Discovery

Elephant Discovery houses African elephants in a multi-acre habitat with pools, mud wallows, and enrichment features. Educational presentations cover elephant intelligence, social bonds, and the crisis facing wild elephants from poaching and habitat loss.

African elephants are the largest land animals on Earth, with complex social structures led by matriarchs. Despite international efforts to curb the ivory trade, elephant populations continue to decline across much of Africa.
