KIDZone

KIDZone is Zoo Atlanta's interactive children's area featuring a petting zoo with domestic goats and sheep, a nature-themed playground, and up-close encounters with farm animals and smaller wildlife. The exhibit is designed to introduce young visitors to the natural world through hands-on exploration.

Research shows that early positive experiences with animals build lifelong empathy and conservation awareness. KIDZone creates those foundational connections for the youngest zoo visitors, helping them develop a sense of stewardship for the natural world from an early age.
